Stimulating role of physical education class in possessing professional competence of students

The article deals with the development of students' professional cognitive activity in the process of physical education and sports activities. Priority cognitive abilities and competencies of students are identified. Components of the structure of stimulating classes in physical education were developed: the formation of heuristic algorithms for familiarizing and learning exercises, techniques and actions, the implementation of independent practice workouts, students' reflection. Presented are the results of a study characterizing the effectiveness of the cognitive-cognitive form of organizing physical education and sports activities in mastering students' general and professional competencies. It has been established that the educational process efficiency of future management specialists can be significantly improved by stimulating professional cognitive activity in the process of physical education and sports as the leading motive of the educational process. At the same time, the stimulating orientation of training contributes to the formation of students' ability to project activities on the basis of broad professional and general erudition, abstract thinking in the management of human resources of organizations.
