The article examines the incentives of innovative development of agribusiness, and reveals their need and problems in their implementation. Marked the new order of distribution and granting subsidies for compensation of part of expenses to repay interest rates for agribusiness organizations. The attention is focused on the tax benefits for agricultural producers. Indicated the need for improvement of all system of agricultural insurance.
