Western scientific tradition of our time as a specific humanitarian technology of postindustrial society is not suitable for understanding and living in Eurasian multicultural societies and economies. In these societies the creative non-technological activities and education of the person come at forefront of cultural transformations. Educational and scientific resources become strong factors in overcoming of global projects and local civilizations.
