The article is presented short history of development stomatologic help of Russia from positions of maintenance of its quality and conformity harak-teristikam qualities of life of the population of Russia. The analysis of concepts stoma-tologicheskoe health, quality of the stomatologic help, the relation onsettlement to the stomatologic help is carried out; satisfaction of the population quality of the stomatologic help. Ways of studying of the relation of the population to the stomatologic help are planned.
