The parties to the bank deposit agreement are considered; the influence of the status of entities acting on the side of the depositor on the regulation of the bank deposit agreement is discussed; problematic issues related to the regulation of relations on participation on the side of the person accepting deposits, entities that are not credit organizations are investigated; it is concluded that it is necessary to expand the range of entities that have the right to attract deposits from legal entities; it is proposed to amend the current norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation regarding the parties to the bank deposit agreement; the legal positions of the supreme judicial authorities on participation in the bank deposit agreement of entrepreneurs and persons engaged in private practice are presented; regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia regarding the regulation of relations from the bank deposit agreement with the participation of individuals and legal entities are analyzed persons.
