The acceleration of the pace of life contributes to the growth of social uncertainty and increased risk in the development of young people. Social anxiety is a rapidly growing phenomenon that is thought to disproportionately affect young people. Psychological factors of social anxiety in young people lead to shyness, which subsequently leads to social isolation, social phobia and depression in adolescence and adulthood. Social interaction is accompanied by depression, which leads to further social fears in the future. Factors in the development of fears and concerns were grouped as follows: social, family, interpersonal and personal. It has been established that social anxiety causes concern among young people around the world, many of whom are not aware of the difficulties they may face, this is the so-called social uncertainty. Uncertainty is unambiguously not established, indistinct or not quite conscious processes and phenomena, unclear, vague ideas about the surrounding being, evasive judgments or behavior of individuals and groups, the absence of a clearly defined connection between phenomena and their consequences.
