Business risk insurance

The article considers the major types of business risk insurance and their features in the current context. It is indicted that in insuring the profit the subject matter insured yields the profit which the insurer would get but for an insured event leading to a detention or a failure in production and commercial activity. On the basis of the investigation of major types of business risk insurance most actively used by Russian insurers in the current context, a conclusion is made that this insurance, on one hand, is capable to provide the reproduction continuity and, on the other hand, to compensate business losses and to assure their paying capacity as a result.
