Insurance of business risks: definition of the contract and species

In this paper, the authors note that the absence of a legally fixed definition of an insurance contract for business risks serves as the basis for such consequences as uncertainty in the approach of its species belonging to related subspecies of property insurance, other types of insurance. To solve this problem, the authors attempt, on the basis of the norms of the current legislation regulating the institute of insurance and various positions of the domestic doctrine, to give their own formulation of the term of the contract of insurance of entrepreneurial risks.
