Strategic diagnostics of the degree of harmony of the business architecture of an industrial enterprise

This study is concerned with the issue of strategic diagnosis of the degree of harmony of business-architecture of the industrial enterprise. To this end, a comparison of the available methodological approaches to the analysis of business architecture was undertaken, which revealed that in practice such parameter of business architecture (and in general the whole enterprise) is not taken into account as achieving harmonious relations in the internal and external environment. The following research methods were used: the method of theoretical generalization and comparison, logical, scientific abstraction, methods of induction and deduction, methods of grouping and generalization, study of scientific literature sources. The aims of the study are: justification of strategic diagnosis use for determining the degree of harmony of business-architecture of the industrial enterprise, as well as disclosure of the essence of the methodology of its implementation. The methodology presented by the authors has been tested at a number of industrial enterprises, the results of which are presented in this article. Based on the results of the diagnostics, recommendations are proposed to increase the degree of harmony of the business architecture of the enterprises under study.
