Strategic concept of national university (the Southern federal university case study)

The study investigates the conceptual issues of structuring new integrated educational forms such as national university. The article presents economic and methodological principles for the organization of federal university within the framework of National Project called Education. The analysis shows the organizational and efficiency factors that influence the international status of the Southern Federal University.
