Strategic alliances and international innovative cooperation

The article examines the concept and essence of a strategic alliance from the point of view of an innovative approach and improving the forms of international business. The definition of innovation activity is given. The advantages of creating and implementing innovative strategic solutions are presented. Particular attention is paid to the interdependence and relationship between the formation of strategic alliances and the formulation of an innovative strategy, as well as the use of open innovation.
