The article is devoted to the impact of digitalization on strategic alliances of consumer sector TNCs pursuing growth of competitiveness. The factors contributing to the active creation of strategic alliances in the digital economy are investigated. The characteristic features of strategic alliances of TNCs are revealed. Examples of strategic alliances of TNCs of the consumer sector and high-tech companies are considered.
