The article is devoted to the impact of operations of strategic alliances of TNCs in the consumer sector in the era of globalization. The global factors contributing to the creation of strategic alliances of TNCs in the consumer sector are investigated. The characteristics of successful strategic alliances, the advantages and disadvantages of this form of intercompany cooperation are examined. A study of the economic and non-economic effects of participation in alliances is realized . Peculiarities of strategic alliances of TNCs in the consumer sector are investigated using the example of TNC alliances Unilever, Nestle, Coca Cola.
