Strategic alliances of TNCs in the consumer sector: issues of methodology and practice

The article is devoted to the issues of partnership and inter-firm cooperation of TNCs in the consumer sector. The factors contributing to the participation of TNCs in the consumer sector in strategic alliances are investigated. A study of changes in approaches to the forms of strategic alliances was carried out. It was revealed that leading companies in the consumer sector are more likely to prefer joint ventures as a flexible form of inter-firm interaction. The characteristics of the latest alliances of TNCs in the consumer sector are considered. The factors influencing the creation of strategic alliances of these TNCs are investigated.
