The system of strategic management of territorial education becomes the most important tool that provides strategizing, forecasting, programming and strategic planning, which together are designed to ensure the determination of strategic directions for the development of territories. Scientific interest in the problems of the development of territorial formations is caused by the need to solve socio-economic problems associated with the intensification of imbalances in the level and living conditions of the population of individual territories, as well as with the deformation of the nodal elements of the supporting framework of settlement and the territorial structure of the economy. The key measure to overcome the existing irregularities is the performance of one of the functions of strategic management - strategizing.
