Strategic aspects of interaction of entities within a multi-group

Long-distance (macroeconomic) and near surroundings, as well as inner environment, in which a business and a state interact, are the basic components of the external environment influencing the communication of the entities. The author suggests a model of encouraging and restraining factors influencing the process of creating of a multi-group according to the each element of the external environment. Among the factors encouraging the creation of the multi-group there is development of information and communication environment and technologies allowing to form a support system for interaction of entities by creation of united information space; availability of specialists in partnership relations development (in particular, alliance managers) in a region; impact of concerned key parties (multi-group members, current and potential contractors) who may both encourage development of the institutional environment and trigger its regression. The following factors restrain the multi-group development: considerable presence of transnational corporations, valuing own interests more than interests of the national economy, which is especially probable in the event of crises and transformations of the economy; focus on competition, not cooperation; low adaptability of economic entities.
