Strategic directives and strategic imperatives of Russian modernity: points of compatibility and divergence

In the article, we have systematized government policy documents (laws, decrees, resolutions, orders on strategic planning and management of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, the Far Eastern Federal District, the Republic of Buryatia and Zabaikalsky Kray in the variant of descriptive subordination). With regard to political situation in the world and in Russia, we have proposed a transfer to the mobilization model of the national economy and the system of public administration. In general, the national model for managing the development strategy of the Russian Federation is overfilled with plans, projects, programs, mechanisms and tools for their implementation, as well as criteria and indicators for their evaluation.
