Under these conditions, people with their qualifications, interest, experience and creative potential determine the success of a particular business structure. This provision determines the relevance and relevance of research tools and directions to improve the effectiveness of corporate systems of non-material incentives for staff, since it is indisputably important and valuable to use incentive directions, technologies and techniques that basically contain the idea of a person as an active self-cultivating subject. At the same time, emphasis should be placed on the fact that the predominant motivation comes from within, based on self-esteem and rationality, and is based on the intangible needs of higher levels. The author considers the specifics of strategic and tactical non-material stimulating directions; the prospects for the development of gamification in the non-material stimulation.
