Strategic and tactical imperatives of Russia''S participation in the world economic system

The article considers how the changes of the foreign economic activity rules have influenced participation of Russia in the global economic system. The author defines the tactical areas of development of foreign economic relations of Russian companies. The influence of Russian elites on the economic development strategy of the country is discussed. The author presents the forecast of changes that may occur in the leading countries of the world due to the progress in science and technology.
