Strategic guidelines for the socio-economic development of the Kaliningrad region

The article examines the importance of the strategy of socio-economic development of the Kaliningrad region, the coherence of the actions of state authorities, local self-government bodies. The legal basis of strategic planning is shown, the characteristics of strategic directions are given, the role of the program-target method in strategic planning is emphasized. The interrelation of priority directions of socio-economic development of the region with the goals of achieving the predicted results and their impact on improving the standard of living of the population is investigated. The legislative framework for ensuring the development strategy based on comprehensive state programs of the Russian Federation is considered.
