Strategic priorities of providing the population with health services

The article is devoted to topical issues of the formation of new economic relations in healthcare related to the peculiarities of the resource provision of the industry and the provision of medical services to the population. Based on the methods of analytical generalizations and statistical research, it is shown that over the course of three decades of reforms, the trends of insufficient general financing of healthcare and a decrease in its investment attractiveness have not only persisted, but also intensified. Accordingly, the main goal of the study was to find the most effective form of integration of limited resources for the development of the industry in modern conditions. As the main conclusion, the expediency of using the principles of unconditional basic income with a target focus on providing the population with medical services is argued.
