Strategic analysis of the labor dynamic factors

The article contains an analysis and systematization of the labor activity transformational factors; this activity has undergone changes in all main characteristics in recent years: content, work space and working time, payment organization, employment contracts’ duration and forms. A feature of this study is the use of strategic management tools, in particular, PEST analysis and benchmarking to systematize external factors of change in labor activity in modern society. In the research methods part, modern areas of PEST analysis application are analyzed, which made it possible to substantiate its application for the author’s analysis purposes. In the course of the study, all analyzed factors were systematized into four groups: political, economic, sociocultural and technological, in accordance with the used method abbreviation. Each of the analyzed factors was not just mentioned, but the direction or mechanism of its influence was described. This method can also be applied to the transformational factors’ systematization in entrepreneurial, leisure and other types of behavior in rapidly changing socio-economic conditions. The results of the analysis will be used to further search for the most effective ways of adapting to the changing labor activity conditions.
