The article presents a comparison of structural models of organization's intellectual capital. Restrictions of these models for strategic analysis of the organizations development in the digital economy have been identified. The methodical model of strategic analysis of the intellectual capital has been offered. It permits to assess the impact of the technology component of the intellectual capital on the organization's development.
