The issue of the strategy of international companies in emerging markets is extremely popular, but it can hardly be argued that there is a coherent generally accepted theory in this area. In this regard, the authors chose the case method for the analysis of companies as the most suitable at the stage of accumulating facts. The article mainly introduces several parts (1) Preconditions of strategic positioning; (2) Strategy implementation process; (3) Strategic summary and enlightenment.
