Strategic management of an organization is a synthesis of processes, the implementation of which is designed to help the company achieve strategic goals, positive economic results in the long term and strategic sustainability. One of the main components of strategic management is strategic analysis, the content of some of the elements of which is discussed in this article. The authors emphasize the importance of taking into account the factors of the internal and external environment of the company that affect its activities. Also, the authors have created a graphical diagram that reflects the position of the strategy in relation to these factors.
