Strategic vector of development of system-forming enterprises of Kuzbass

The work describes the directions of activity of the backbone enterprises of Kuzbass in the long term. Based on the results of the analysis of seven industrial enterprises, reflected in the Strategy of socio-economic development of Kuzbass until 2035, it was determined that the strategic directions of activity can be divided into 2 groups: 1) focused on ensuring the economic growth of the region of the company's presence; 2) are aimed at improving the technical, technological and economic efficiency of the enterprise itself. It is concluded that the strategic areas of activity, firstly, are focused on ensuring the economic growth of the region of the company's presence, and secondly, are focused on increasing the technical, technological and economic efficiency of the enterprise itself.
