Strategic planning, adaptation and application of artificial neural networks in the rocket-space industry of the Russian Federation

The scientific article deals with the problems of planning, adaptation and application of artificial intelligence in the space industry of the Russian Federation. Artificial intelligence in the space industry today is perceived by scientists, in many fields of scientific knowledge, as new scientific discoveries and innovations. Artificial intelligence with the help of neural networks can recognize patterns, some patterns, draw conclusions, analyze scenarios, see the future, strategically and critically think, offer the best solution to problems. But only a person, on the basis of the proposed tools by artificial intelligence, will be able to take the relevant management decision, without harming humanity.
