Strategic planning as the base of the long-term development of the regional economics (based on materials from the Novosibirsk region)

In the article groups of participants of strategic planning at the regional level of governance are identified, considered and compared are their socio-economic interests. Studied are the trends of economic interaction of all participants of strategic planning taking into account the balance of their interests. Analyzed is the impact of the degree of consideration for the interests of participants of strategic planning on the socio-economic development of a region (using the example of the Novosibirsk region). On the basis of calculations made by the authors, it was concluded that the main provisions of regional strategy should include the growth of incomes per head in the international equivalent, focus on meeting the needs of business, as well as an increase of regional budget revenues and expenditures in value terms in the international equivalent.
