Strategic management of innovation activities of large Russian companies

The article presents modern approaches to the development of corporate innovation strategies, taking into account their increasing role in the context of the need to ensure the technological sovereignty of our country. An analysis of the contribution of intellectual property and innovative developments to the final performance indicators of large domestic companies is conducted. The authors identified trends in the implementation of innovative projects by Russian companies, taking into account the specifics of their examination, the identification of stages and compliance with technology readiness levels. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were formulated for the management of large Russian companies regarding the combination of the principles of universalism and the use of their own capabilities in the implementation of innovative projects with a focus on state priorities for innovative development and digital transformation.
