In an organizational context, a conflict arises between organizations or members of the same team, which includes individual employees and their management, or a conflict regarding the group. The conflict can be significant or affective, in the first variant it is perceived as objective and even to some extent positive, while in the second variant it usually takes on a negative character and is subjective. Effective conflict management creates a safe space to explore a problem, discuss the consequences it causes, and then help the group find a solution together.
