Social platforms are an important tool for business promotion as they allow interacting with the audience and increasing brand awareness. The purpose of the study is to analyze the strategies and methods used by companies to effectively use social media to increase brand visibility, attract customers and increase sales. Effective strategies include creating diverse content, targeting advertising, actively engaging with customers and collaborating with Influencers. Analyzing data helps in evaluating the results of campaigns and making necessary changes in the process.
