Strategies and trends of Buddhist denomination in mono- and multi-ethnic communities of the Mongolian world

The article analyzes the strategies and trends of the development of the Buddhist denomination in general, and Buddhist theories, and practices in particular in mono-ethnic (Mongolia) and multi-ethnic (Inner Mongolia of the PRC, republics of Buryatia, Kalmykia and Tuva of the Russian Federation) communities of the Mongolian world. The author postulated that different parts of the space of the Mongol sphere with common historical and genetic roots in the context of various social, political and economic realities of specific historical events differentiated strategy and tactics in relation to the Buddhist denomination.
