The article examines the strategies for ensuring efficiency formed by large businesses specializing in wholesale supplies of fresh vegetables and fruits after the introduction of sanctions. A significant portion of such companies switched to the Asia-Pacific market, since it is possible to achieve rhythm, and the terms of settlements are acceptable. The disadvantages of the strategy are the lack of logistics capacity and the limited range. Therefore, a number of companies continue to focus on a wide range of offers, building logistics for deliveries that ensure the formation of a competitive range. The effectiveness of such a strategy is low due to the lack of rhythm. Some wholesale companies began to focus on the domestic market, but in this case they are forced to take on the unusual function of an aggregator. They have no experience in doing business in this format.
