Strategies for professional self-development of future entrepreneurs

World trends in social development have necessitated the active professional development of the modern human for continuous acquisition of new competencies. To fulfill the potential of the modern human in the face of uncertainty, it is necessary to develop and implement strategies for professional development. In Orenburg Business School, programs and projects aimed at supporting professional self-development strategies of future entrepreneurs are developed and implemented. The Business Junior program has a personality-oriented, socially responsible, and entrepreneurial focus. The result of the implementation of the Business Junior program is the identification of the entrepreneurial potential of schoolchildren and further support of their projects (development of motivation for entrepreneurial activity, studying basics of this activity, development of leadership qualities and skills of generating ideas, teamwork skills, acquisition of technologies for working on business projects, mastering the skills of presenting your own projects). As a result of the work, the authors identified organizational conditions, means, and instruments of professional self-development of a future entrepreneur and designed a model of support of this process.
