Development strategies of arctic municipalities: methodology and practice

The article is devoted to the main features of municipal strategies for socio-economic development, identifying methodological approaches to ensuring strategic planning in municipalities, as well as assessing their practical implementation in the regions of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The article presents an analysis of the established institutional and methodological framework that regulates strategic planning at the municipal level in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, defines the features of the formation of municipal strategies taking into account regional strategies and federal development trends, and assesses the state of implementation of goal-setting documents at the municipal level.
