Strategies for the development of Russian airlines

Since the beginning of 90 - ies in the civil aviation of the Russian Federation came a turning point associated with the end of the planning period of the economy for a single transport and aviation structure. This has contributed to the emergence of many independent airlines, airports and airlines. Given the dynamic development of the environment, there is an urgent need for adaptation mechanisms of airlines, airliens and other participants of aviation and transport infrastructure. First of all, it concerns the planning and definition of indicators of production and commercial activities, ensuring long-term success in the face of increasing competition. The development of aviation services, globalization and increased competition in the passenger air transport markets have led to a rethinking of the strategic management of the hull in the direction of expanding the geography of its application and content. The emergence of holding structures in the aviation business, large mergers and acquisitions of airlines-this is the reality of today.
