Strategies of the educational projecting theory development

The article is concerned with strategies of the educational projecting theory development focused on the advanced development of the vocational education, changing socioeconomic requirements to the vocational education and personality, and prognostic prerequisites of the education development. The author substantiates application of the prognoses in the projecting on the basis of the integrated process conception ‘prognosis - project’ and unified normative and research approaches to the educational projecting. The methodological analysis of correlation between development of the educational system and socioeconomic, cultural, scientific and technical development of the society is also carried out.
