The development of leasing relations presupposes a methodological basis for managing the leasing process that is adequate to the level of development of market relations. The article is a development of the theory of systemic management of the leasing process in the conditions of an industrial enterprise participating in a business network, where the identification of strategies for managing the leasing process is carried out within the framework of a structure-forming space limited by features. The phenomena occurring during the participation of an enterprise in the leasing process are taken as structure-forming signs: leasing potential, leasing activity and the leasing climate. The main methods used in the study were the method of modeling the cash flows of the recipient enterprise and the method of discounting its cash flows generated with the participation of an industrial enterprise in the leasing process. The proposed author’s classification of management strategies is a universal tool for management decisions of the management of an economic entity, which includes the strengths of advanced methods for assessing the effectiveness of a leasing scheme for financing industrial investments accumulated in scientific and special works of specialists in the field of leasing. The proposed classification of management strategies based on a set of methods for assessing leasing activity, leasing potential and leasing climate allows an industrial enterprise to generate a strategy for managing the leasing process based on the results of the analysis of operational indicators of its activities. The classification of management strategies is of practical value for a wide range of organizations considering the possibility of technological re-equipment of industrial production in the context of platform business networks.
