The article is devoted to the issues of strategies for the implementation of mergers and acquisitions of consumer sector TNCs in the global market. A study was made of the directions of changes in the consumer sector that contribute to the implementation of mega deals. The motives and factors that contributed to the active use of TNCs of mergers and acquisitions in the global consumer market in recent years are identified. Based on modern theoretical approaches, four options for merger strategies in the consumer sector are considered. Strategies for the implementation of mergers and acquisitions of TNCs in the consumer sector are considered.
