Nowadays, many organizations increasingly view their employees as an important factor in determining the sustainability and competitiveness of a company. Therefore, solving problems with personnel with the help of effective management is a demanded direction in the activities of managers. The article analyzes the essence of the personnel management system, the types of its strategies and development problems. Due to the rapid development of employee management functions, it is necessary to develop an individual long-term strategy for the organization, constant updating and implementation of theoretical and practical knowledge of strategic management.
