HRM strategies of Sberbank JSC

This abstract analyzes the opportunities of organizational performance improvement by means and instruments of strategic human resources management. The HRM strategy is seen as a business strategy of a modern company on its functional level. Based on year 2018 special aspects of Sberbank JSC SHRM are reviewed, as well as difficulties of transition from previous strategy to the new one. Also the abstract proves the necessity of strategy goals fulfillment control, especially in distant departments od big companies. As result some recommendations are offered to effectively control HR-strategy priorities and seamless transition from one planning period to the next one. .
