The strategy of personnel management in the hospitality industry

In this article, the author considered the strategies of personnel management in the organizations of the hotel business. It was also noted the influence of the current economic situation as a factor influencing the management model within the organization. The basic elements that define an effective management strategy are proposed. These are the elements: motivation, earnings, corporate training and career growth.
