Strategy of formation and development of high-tech clusters on the basis of the defense industry complex of Russia

The issue of developing a reasonable long-term strategy of social-economic and innovation-technological development is a particularly relevant in the current situation in Russia, both at the microeconomic level and its separate areas and sectors of the economy. In the long term perspective, this will provide an opportunity to ensure high and sustainable economic growth rates through innovative renewal of fixed assets and technologies increase the level of competitiveness of domestic products, both in domestic and foreign markets. This scientific article substantiates strategic priorities of the creation and development of high-tech clusters in the system of the Defense Industry Complex of Russia, that will ensure the creation of the necessary competitive advantages in the long term perspective, not only the defense industry, but also the entire system of the national economy of the Russian Federation, in article author's opinion.
