About geo-stability mega projecting: towards homogeneity of euro-region «Donbass» economic space

The article is devoted to the issues of geopolitical transformation based on identifying key regions so that to formally unite them taking into account implementation of mutual social economic interests when running a programme. The authors come to the conclusion that Euroregion «Donbass» should be integrated into international relations.
