Methodology for improving state ideological policy in the Republic of Belarus

The paper reveals methodological aspects of patriotic socialization as a political course and direction of additional education of children and youth on the materials of the Republic of Belarus. The triad of methods of factor, institutional, empirical analysis of the problems is undertaken. The generative model of complex management of the process of patriotic socialization is proposed. The factor role of the constructive potential of youth in civic and patriotic education is formulated. The directions of patriotism strategy in the system of additional education are outlined.
