The strategy of information society development in the Russian Federation: innovative approaches of implementation at the present stage

The article analyzes the implementation of the Strategy of information society development in the Russian Federation. The author explores innovative content of the modern state policy in the field of information society development and information security of Russia. The paper describes the activities of the Presidential Council on Information Society Development and the Institute of Information Society Development in the context of the question under consideration. The author emphasizes the need for improving the legal framework of the information security in the modern conditions.
