Development strategy of the college of creative industries

The article considers the strategic aims and objectives of the “South Ural State College” for participation in the project “Training for creative industries in the system of secondary vocational education based on models of the College of Creative Industries”. The directions of the creative industry of the economic sector of the Ural region were studied. Based on the priority areas for the development of the Chelyabinsk region, mechanisms for the formation of creative industries have been developed. In order to implement the strategy of socio-economic development of the Chelyabinsk region, within the framework of participation in the project, the college has chosen areas of professional training. The conditions for integrating the college into the traditional sectors of the region’s economy were presented. The mechanisms for increasing the motivation to involve teachers-practitioners in the implementation of the project were considered. The list of laboratories, the creation of which is planned as part of the organization of the educational space of the “College of Creative Industries”, was given. In conclusion, successfully implemented creative projects were described.
