In the framework of this paper the authors consider the actual issue of development of strategic measures for the development of management decision-making system in the service sector taking into account the economic crisis in the XXI century. The work contains a system of anti-crisis management measures for the chain of restaurants "FishLove". This system will allow the enterprise to move to a qualitatively new level of management, to increase business stability to external factors, to improve customer service and service, which will lead to strengthening the competitiveness of the company in the market of the service sector.
