Strategy of development of the journal "Perm University herald. Economy"

The Editorial board of Perm University Herald. ECONOMY justify necessity of elaboration of a scientific journal development strategy as a system of actions aimed at the increase of credibility and quality of the scientific edition in accordance with requirements of the international standards and citation index Scopus and Web of Science, inclusion of the Herald into the international citation bases Scopus, Web of Science, Directory of Open Access Journals, etc. and also achievement of bibliometric indicators corresponding to average means of economic journals in Scopus and Web of Science. Analysis of the journal development history and indicators of its publication activity in the system Russian Index of Scientific Citation showed that the scientific journal of the economic faculty of the Perm State University has good starting conditions to promote the Harold into the international scientific society. Subjects of the journal articles correspond to priorities of fundamental and applied researches in the sphere of economic knowledge. Results of these researches are interesting for the local and foreign scientific society.
