Strategy of socio-economic development of the SFD to 2020: first results of implementating the programme plan of an institutional nature

The article reveals general aspects of the strategy of SFD economic development till 2020. The results achieved from 2011 to 2013 due to the activities of local authorities aimed to fulfil the Federal Government plan to institute strategy of territorial management as an important means to implement district programme are analysed. Possible means to amend and improve the main strategic document, which identified the direction of SFD mid-term and long-term development, are determined.
